Postdoctoral Researcher
My main interest is in using the CRISPR/CAS9 system to understand the role of select core Trm genes in the formation, maintenance and function of CD8 TRMs. I am also applying the het-prime-boost vaccine to generate CTL immunity in the female genital tract in rhesus macaques as a potential vaccine against SIV/HIV.
